Proactive communications is key, our project controls have a series of steps in place to assure clear and regular project communications. Both internal and external communications are stressed.

Internal communications include daily team meetings and weekly project status reports. Teleconferences are an essential communications tool. Weekly project teleconference calls occur between the project team and power sector operations manager and a monthly project teleconference is mandatory with the executive committee and the sector team.

External communications include regular meetings with the owner or construction manager, daily superintendent level field look ahead meeting, and daily or weekly status meetings with the owners project management team.
