| The Line Construction Service Group is a specialized service within Sachs Electric, primarily responsible for construction and maintenance of outside electrical installations. Together with I.B.E.W. Linemen, we perform various types of work on utility, industrial, transportation, and commercial projects. Distribution, substation construction, and transformer projects are completed on a Design/Build basis along with Sachs Design and industry partners. |

Distribution Work
Line Construction distribution work consists of the installation and maintenance of new and existing overhead and underground distribution systems for both utility and industrial customers. Underground work includes underground duct banks, manholes and high-voltage cabling. Overhead work includes pole replacements, new line construction and rebuilding of energized circuits.
Substation Construction
Sachs Linemen provide complete substation construction from the ground up including foundations, grounding, structures, equipment, bus work, cabling, relay, and control. From new installations to managing complex phased outage replacements on a range from 5 kV to 500 kV substations and switchyards. |

Transformer Installation & Maintenance Sachs oil processing and degasification equipment enhances our capabilities for assembling and oil filling large power transformers. The availability of this equipment allows us to respond to emergency situations in an expedient manner.
