| Contract methods for the major project
work include traditional competitive bidding along with negotiated
or competitive Design/Build and Design Assist procurement
methods. In all methods we have experienced staff that offer
Pre-Construction, Design/Build and construction experience.
On the St. Louis front we play a active role in maintenance
and small project work with BJC Healthcare, Washington School
of Medicine, Sisters of Mercy Healthcare and St. Lukes Healthcare.
This work is performed by our Service Group
or Sachs Systems.
Services include traditional electric services as well as
specialty system services including voice/data/video cabling,
fiber optic connectivity, nurse call, security/CCTV, fire
alarm, voice paging, wireless communications and access control
systems.
